The only condition to advertising your property on our website is that you agree to pay a 2% commission, on the total sale price, to us if we bring a buyer to you.
There are no other costs involved and if we do not bring a buyer to you, it costs you nothing to promote your property through our site. As you may have also noticed, we do provide the address to your property, giving buyers the option to come directly to your door or to request that we represent them. You are only required to pay us a commission if the buyers choose to have us represent them.
Choosing to work with a Realtor in this way provides your home with more exposure than the FSBO's who refuse to work with Realtors at all, but still saves you a considerable amount of money on commissions if you have decided that a 'For Sale By Owner' is the route you wish to go.
