The Buyers and Sellers pages have a great deal of information regarding all aspects of buying and selling Real Estate. From these pages you can even get free lists of homes that are active or that have sold in your area emailed directly to you. The great thing with these emails is that they do not include an attachment, so they do not plug up your inbox. They provide 'live' links which means that any changes made to the properties after they have been emailed to you will automatically be updated so that the next time you look at them they will be current (such as price reductions or if the property sells).
